SEPRA Conference sessions are designed to provide strategies, practical tools and education for in house physician recruitment, retention & on-boarding professionals.
Most sessions are 60 minutes in length. Sessions should incorporate multiple learning tools which may include PowerPoint, audio/video, and interactive audience exercises.

The SEPRA conference committee will review presentation proposals. The committee will ask the question, "How can SEPRA members use this information when they return to their jobs after the conference?" The committee will be using the following criteria:
Practical application
Clearly defined learning objectives
Innovation
Relevance
Overall quality and focus
Expertise of Presenter(s)
Lack of commercial bias
