Attendee ListYour sponsorship includes both a pre- and post-conference attendee list. The list will be sent to the primary contact on the registration form.
Speaking OpportunityIf your sponsorship level includes an opportunity to address the attendees of the conference, you will be given time prior to that sponsorship event to speak about your organization and welcome them to join you at your table. Speaking is not required, but it will be offered.

Time: September 29, 2024 - 4:00 - 6:00 PM Provided: One table, approx. 6 ft. in length, & up to two chairs Please ensure that your exhibit fits within your assigned space, as space will be limited. Electricity: If you require electricity or other A/V needs at your table, you must make prior arrangements directly with the hotels AV services. *charges will apply Cory Martin Sales Manager of Audio-Visual Services [email protected] Assignment of SpaceBased on conference sponsorship level, registration date, and payment received, SEPRA will allocate table spaces. While we will try our best to accommodate your requests, we cannot guarantee that you will be assigned to any of the desired spaces or that you won't be positioned next to a competing company. Please note that those companies purchasing named sponsorships (i.e., platinum, gold, and silver) will receive the most prime locations within the exhibit hall. Your placement assignment will be sent to you by Monday, September 2, 2024.
Early DepartureExhibitors must remain fully setup until the specified tear-down time on October 1, 2024. Early departure will result in expulsion from any future event.
Cancellation PolicyA written cancellation notice must be received via mail or email by July 15, 2024, to receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be given after this date unless the conference is canceled by SEPRA.
Representative LimitSEPRA limits the number of representatives allowed to attend any of the conference events. Each sponsorship level includes up to 2 (TWO) representatives. One additional representative may be purchased on the SEPRA website for $2,000.00. There will be no additional space reserved for extra representatives in the exhibit hall, and no individuals who are not registered will be permitted to attend the conference. If the representatives change prior to the conference, you must notify SEPRA by September 15, 2024, via email.
