Time: October 3, 2021 - 4:00 - 6:00 PM (night before) Provided: One table approx. 6 ft. in length & up to two chairs *Please ensure that your exhibit fits within your assigned space, as space will be limited. Electricity: If you require electricity or other A/V needs at your table, you must make prior arrangements directly with the hotels AV services. *charges may apply may apply Assignment of SpaceSEPRA will make final assignment of table space considering conference sponsorship and date registration and payment was received. We will accommodate your requests as much as possible, but cannot guarantee that you will be assigned to any of the spaces requested or not be placed near a competitor. Exhibit space is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Early DepartureExhibitors must remain and fully setup until the specified tear-down time. Early departure will result in expulsion for any future event.
Cancellation PolicyWritten cancellation notice must be received via Mail or email by August 1, 2021, to receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be given after this date unless conference is canceled by SEPRA.
Representative LimitSEPRA limits the number of representatives allowed to attend any of the conference events. Each sponsorship level includes up to 2 (TWO) representatives. No additional representatives other than those registered will be granted access to the conference. If the representative changes prior to the conference, you must notify SEPRA within 10 days prior to the conference via email.
