Prior to Boing Dynamics, Doug served as the Chief Learning Officer of Wells Capital and President of Wells University where he directed all internal and external education initiatives. While at Wells, he pioneered an educational sales model which helped to raise over $7 billion in ten years for this alternative investment securities firm. During the last 20 years, Doug has run over 900 training conferences and is passionate about helping companies launch initiatives in the areas of leadership, business culture, and innovation. Doug graduated from Harding University and is a three-time fellow at Harris Manchester College, University of Oxford.
